      Artisticcornwall.net is a website provided by The Artistic Network Limited. Visitors, both artists and art buyers, can find all types of Art on the site from Sculpture to Digital Art.

    3. Who operates artisticcornwall.net?

      The Artistic Network Limited. is the primary operator of the artisticcornwall.net site and pays for all of its operating costs. The Artistic Network Limited, is headed by Rupert Hitchcox who is based in Lamorna, Penzance, Cornwall.

    4. How can I join artisticcornwall.net?

      You need to register to use the site. The reason for this is security. Even if you want to buy from the site you need to register your details with us. This is to protect artists and also allows us to have a database of who is using the site and for what purpose. You may be a gallery with a mutual link or else a ‘hobby member’ testing the water and gauging reaction to your work. this is for security so even if you want to buy from the site you have to register your details. This is to protect artists as best we can, sowe have a database of who is using the site and for what purpose. For example, you are a gallery with a mutual link, or a hobby member test-ing the water and gauging reaction to your work.

      After you have registered you can log in and become a Premium Member by selecting one of the membership packages. This will enable you to sell work from the site, and use the site facilities.

      Alternatively if you an area Club or gallery with a site, you can take out an affiliate membership with the Artistic Cornwall site to your site and you can upload work and post news but you can not sell work from the site. All work uploaded is only viewable from your page, but news is posted through out the site. badges for site linking are available from the web badges page

    1. Who takes care of of the site?

      The site is taken care of by a group of people who watch the forums andnews posted by people making sure no illegal or defamatory articles areposted. Help is also on hand for setting up your account, should it be required

      To provide a safe and secure site for artists to exhibit and sell their work

      • Ensure that submitted articles and postings are reviewed and approved or rejected in a timely manner.
      • Provide timely feedback to contributors with respect to any material that is not ap-proved for publication.
      • Ensure that the information posted on the site is relevant and useful to members

    4. Who takes care of the server hardware?

      Design Extreme. The site is backed up daily, ensuring security of work should any hardware problems arise

    5. Who manages the content on artisticcornwall.net?

      Individual members provide the content and the Content Group ensures that it is reviewed on a timely basis. All news, comments and forum posts are monitored, for illegal content ( see terms and conditions for full listing of acceptable content )

    6. Who can post artwork content on artisticcornwall.net?

      Anyone that registers for an account on the site and accepts the Site's terms and conditions can post artwork on artisticcornwall.net

      2. What is the intent of the General Terms and Conditions agreement?

        We require participants on artisticcornwall.net to abide by a reasonable set of rules to continue their participation.
