1. Which Image formats can I upload?
   

   The Artistic Cornwall site accepts JPEG formated images only for upload.

    

2. What is the size limit of images?
   

   Dimension wise images can be any size, however they will be resized upon upload to be within a maximum aspect of 640x480 pixels. File size can be no more than 2mb, the system will tell you if it ’s too big and ask you too reload a smaller version.

    

3. How do I upload a file?
   

   After you have payed for a premium membership you will see a button at the bottom of screen on the left, titled Add Image.
   Click on that then simply fill in the required fields, click on browse to select your image for upload, and if you have a paypal account you will have the option to sell work, fill on the field for you to sell your work, there are three Option to sell so if your selling prints you can sell different sizes, or cards and prints, it's up to you. COMMISSION IS NOT CHARGED ON SALES.

4. How do I delete a file?
   

   Email the Site Administrator and this will be done. There is a link at the bottom of the page.

    

5. How do I sell my work from the site?
   

   Go to www.paypal.com and set up an account then when the account is active simply enter the email address your using for your paypal account.

    

6. Who organises artwork shipment?
   

   This is for discussion between the buyer and the artist. Artistic Cornwall bares no responsibility in the shipping of the artwork. As stated in Terms and Conditions. Section 2.1 of ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.

    

7. Where can I go to scan and uploaded my work?
   

   Go to Digital Peninsula Network - www.digitalpeninsula.com are based in Penzance you can take out a day membership which is £7.00 for which you can get help and support scanning and uploading your artwork, along with saving your images to CD for upload at a later date should you wish. 8. Who does prints for art and photographic reproduction?
   

   Headland Printers - www.headlandprinters.co.uk, based in Penzance have the facilities for one off Giclee Fine Art Prints to complete Litho printing press facilities.
